Hope Huynh is a second-year graduate student in the Communication, Culture, and Technology program. After receiving her BA in linguistics and history from The College of William and Mary, Hope taught elementary school in Norfolk, Virginia. She currently tutors ESL to Boren Scholars on campus and is an intern at the U.S. Department of Education, working on a foreign schools team. Hope is interested in sociolinguistic and communication differences between cultures, specifically in children's learning style and classroom discourse
