Danielle McCadden is currently a sophomore at Georgetown University. She is originally from Rockville Centre, NY and graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 2002. She has always loved working with children and throughout high school she participated in a variety of athletic and academic programs for children. During her time at Georgetown, she has been actively involved in DC Reads and DC Schools, programs which pair elementary school children with college tutors. She has spent the last two summers working as a lifeguard at a day camp, where she was able to teach swimming lessons. After taking General Psychology as a freshman, Danielle realized this field would enable her to pursue her interests in issue pertaining to education, children, and development, and thus decided to major in Psychology. She is a Spanish minor and hopes to spend a semester studying abroad in Spain. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with infants. |
