Jenny is a graduate of Georgetown and a Psychology major with a minor in Theology. She started working at ELP this summer because she wanted to have research experience and because she loves kids. Jenny has worked with the Program for Academics and Leadership Skills ( www.ylf.helpingkids.org) for 1 and a half years now. It is an all girls program in which they help girls with academic skills such as Math, English, and Science and help them build up their character. Jenny started working there as a middle school character class teacher and mentor, but she has also worked as a fourth grade teacher. She is now the current head math teacher. Jenny plans on pursuing a career which involves children, education, and clinical psychology. |
